You won't get a rotating cast of unfamiliar people in your building after hours, and the person accountable for the work is the person doing it. We don't subcontract, with the rare exception of specialist tasks where we bring in a trusted, established partner - and we'll always tell you upfront if that's the case.

Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?

Yes to both. Every OLUMA cleaner holds a current National Police Check before attending any site. We carry $10 million public and products liability insurance, underwritten by Chubb Insurance Australia and HDI Global Specialty, plus full WorkCover Queensland coverage for our team. Certificates of currency are available on request and can be sent directly to your building manager or landlord if your lease requires it. Do you require a lock-in contract?

No. OLUMA service agreements run month to month with 7 days notice, and there are no exit fees. We'd rather you stay because the work is good than because you're contractually stuck. Full terms are provided in writing before you commit to anything.

Your site is covered by someone who already knows it. Because our team is one family working across the same client sites, cover isn't a stranger with a checklist - it's another member of the crew who has cleaned your premises before. Our director attends sites personally and steps in directly when needed.

How do I switch from my current cleaning company?

Accepted Answer

It's straightforward. Give your current provider whatever notice their agreement requires, and OLUMA will schedule the first clean for the day after they finish, so there's no gap in service.
